From the 5-7 October the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Galicia, will host the XXIII National Congress of Hospital Hospitality.
The three day event will include presentations and round tables where issues that most concern the sector will be discussed including sessions dedicated to conflict management in the hospitality environment, the audit of services, digitization, evolution of hospital nutrition and, of course, topics related to sustainability in food, health effects of organic food compared to conventional food, or the issue of food waste.
